Booking Appointments
To book an appointment, please call us at 928-276-3977 or schedule your appointment online. A credit card is required at the time of booking to hold your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, we do require at least 24 hours notice. A 25% of Services Fee will be applied if a NO SHOW or Same Day Cancellation. Group booking 100% will be charged to card on file.

Punctuality
We respectfully request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow for all new guests to complete our comprehensive new guest forms prior to their services and returning guests will have time to wind down from their day before beginning their service.
When booking services at Pure Bliss Day Spa , your appointment is scheduled with an expert therapist, whose time is allocated exclusively for your scheduled treatment. If you are late for a scheduled appointment, we can offer you two options:
- You may opt to complete your service even though it will be abbreviated.
- You may prefer to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time however a 50% cancellation charge will be incurred
Promotions
Our promotions/special pricing cannot be combined other promotional offers. Price adjustments will not be made on previous purchases or services. Promotions cannot be bought as a gift card.
Gift Cards
- Must present Gift Card at time of check in
- Gift Cards are valid for products or services and are not redeemable for cash
- Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned
- Other restrictions may apply
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the price of the service but are gladly accepted. Leaving gratuity is always left to the discretion of our guests. It is common practice to leave gratuity when the professional has performed a service to the guest’s satisfaction. Customary gratuity in day spas is 15-25% of the full value of the treatment or more if your experience was extraordinary. Tips maybe paid with cash, debit or credit card.
Child Policy
We do welcome children who are receiving services. Children under the age of 18 who are receiving facial or massage services must have a parent or guardian accompany and sign a consent form. For safety and relaxation of all of our guests, children not receiving services will not be permitted in the spa area. Thank you for your cooperation. NO Brazilian Wax on Minors!
Cell Phone Policy
To ensure a relaxing experience for all of our guests, we kindly ask that you turn off your cell phone while in the spa and the quiet room.
